Case Study 1: Howard De Walden Estates
Project: Plant Removal and Strip Out - London W1
Client: KHK Group
This contract followed an intensive six week programme and involved the stripping out of a commercial building and basement complex. All works were completed on time and to budget. The scope of works included:
- Site implementation and identification of items and services to remain in place
- Removal of floor coverings and screed over four floors and stairways
- Removal of all windows, door frames, skirting and architrave
- Removal of all internal walls, partitions, ceilings
- Removal of kitchens, toilets and sanitaryware
- Removal of all electrical and mechanical services including the removal of all services within cores and risers
- Decommissioning and removal of all external and basement plant and associated pipe work
