Project: Plant Removal and Strip Out - London W1
Client: KHK Group

This contract followed an intensive six week programme and involved the stripping out of a commercial building and basement complex. All works were completed on time and to budget. The scope of works included:

• Site implementation and identification of items and services to remain in place
• Removal of floor coverings and screed over four floors and stairways
• Removal of all windows, door frames, skirting and architrave
• Removal of all internal walls, partitions, ceilings
• Removal of kitchens, toilets and sanitaryware
• Removal of all electrical and mechanical services including the removal of all services within cores and risers
• Decommissioning and removal of all external and basement plant and associated pipe work
