Kevin PotterKevin Potter

Managing Director

With over 35 years’ experience in the industry much of it gained working in the specialist field of Petro Chemical Storage Vessels and controlled demolition, Kevin sits as founder and Managing Director of KpH Group.

He is the driving force behind the Company’s growth in the market place and dedicated to forging long term working relationships by exceeding expectations at every turn.

He plays an active role in Commercial and Operational management of key contracts working with our senior management to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Kevin is heavily involved in all aspects of the business, giving clients reassurance that no issue is too small for his attention.

Lyndsey West

Lyndsey West

Director of Operations

Lyndsey joined KpH in 2014 in the role of Business Development Manager. With a background in Demolition and Quality Management she quickly applied her experience and expertise to improve our tendering and marketing approach company-wide.

With the scope of her role extending into many areas of the business, it soon became apparent that Lyndsey’s aptitude for leadership, business acumen and operational management was an incontestable asset to KpH and, when a vacancy opened for Deconstruction Division Manager in April 2016, there was no one more suited to take on the role.

In January 2020, Lyndsey was promoted to Director of Operations in which she oversees all aspects of the business; playing a huge part in increasing the company’s turnover and client base; developing the structure of the business; and working closely with the Operations and Site Teams to improve performance and project delivery.

Craig Taylor

Craig Taylor


Since joining the company in 2005 Craig has been an instrumental figure in developing the company’s approach to Environmental Services and improving Health and Safety delivery on site. With the completion of his NEBOSH and IOSH training whilst continuing to perform his day to day duties, Craig filled the role of Health and Safety Manager and quickly put into practice monitoring and management processes to improve site performance.

His background in Project Management for various MOD sites and 10 years spent with the Royal Navy allows his diverse knowledge and experience to be applied to all manner of projects providing pragmatic solutions and methods of work.

Having passed on the Health and Safety baton, Craig now fulfils the role of Environmental Division Manager, overseeing every aspect of the division and driving it forward to expand into new sectors that would benefit from our specialist skillset.

Andrew Mackie

Operations Director

Andrew has successfully progressed through the company, from Site Operative to his current position as Operations Director, since its inception in 2001. Originally supervising our Environmental works, he was instrumental in our expansion into deconstruction and enabling packages. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry allows him to effectively manage large scale enabling contracts often for important blue-chip clients.

James Kelly

Operations Director

James has worked at KpH since 2012. Originally employed as a site supervisor within our Strip Out and Enabling Division he quickly demonstrated an aptitude for Site/Project Management and was given the opportunity to develop his skill set in this area. His success has been evident and rewarded through various promotions which now sees him through to his current role of Operations Director.

Steve Peterson

Development and Logistics Manager

Steve has been a part of the our KpH family since 2013. Originally employed as a skilled Site Operative within our Strip Out and Enabling Division he quickly demonstrated an aptitude for Site/Project Management and was given the opportunity to develop his skill set in this area. Having successfully worked as a Site Manager for 2 years, Steve was promoted in August 2017 to Development and Logistics Manager with a responsibility to improve and develop all operational aspects of the business. His success to date has been plain to see with him moving a vast majority of operations from paper based to app based in the last 18 months.

Steve Dellaway

Commercial Manager

Steve has worked for KpH and alongside Kevin since 2004. With a sales and marketing background he was able to help grow the company’s standing in the market place and ensure that they remained at the forefront of the tank cleaning and removal industry.

Following the restructure of the business to form KpH Group, Steve has moved into his current role as Commercial Manager working closely with Kevin and Lyndsey to ensure all commercial elements of the group are managed effectively and efficiently.

Jordan Wells

Health and Safety Manager

Jordan joined our busy team in March 2022 as Health and Safety Manager. With a background from a Health & Safety Lead role being responsible for overseeing a wide variety of projects in a range of disciplines including construction, demolition, basements, earthworks, remediation he will be a great asset to the company.

As our Health and Safety Manager, Jordan will continue to build on our solid Health and Safety infrastructure and reputation for excellence, originally implemented and developed by Craig, to streamline our Health and Safety policies and procedures, increase regular monitoring on site and improve our training systems. He will be especially focused on innovation, working closely alongside our Development Manager, Steve Peterson whilst exploring how we can better support our site teams in relation to both their health and their safety whilst working on site.

Karl De Claro

Procurement Manager

Karl joined KpH in 2018 in a newly created role as Procurement Manager. Karl is bringing his law degree, and 15 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the Financial sector, to our ever expanding Deconstruction Division. His role requires constant development of our strategic approach to manage the continuing growth of our business and make sure our procurement processes and systems are robust and flexible enough to maintain our high standards

Charles Edwards

Operations Manager

Charlie is one of the newest member of our Management Team, having joined the business in September 2021. With an impressive background in Project and Operational Management he has very quickly applied his skillset into managing deconstruction projects, both operationally and commercially and with a great deal of success. We look forward to nurturing that journey over the coming months and years.

Martine Francis

Customer Relations Coordinator

Martine joined the company in 2019 to work alongside the Environmental Division Manager to develop the social media and marketing output for the division. Martine has come from an Insurance background with over 17 years of experience within the industry which has been a great asset to the business and its continual growth. Martine’s role has evolved in the short time she has been with KpH working across both divisions who are equally benefiting from her enthusiasm and professionalism.
