With over 30 years’ experience in the industry much of it gained working in the specialist field of Petro Chemical Storage Vessels and controlled demolition, Kevin sits as founder and Managing Director of KpH Group.
He is the driving force behind the Company’s growth in the market place and dedicated to forging long term working relationships by exceeding expectations at every turn.
He plays an active role in Commercial and Operational management of key contracts working with our senior management to achieve the best possible results for our clients.
Kevin is heavily involved in all aspects of the business, giving clients reassurance that no issue is too small for his attention.
Deconstruction Division Manager
Lyndsey joined KpH in 2014 in the role of Business Development Manager. With a background in Demolition and Quality Management she quickly applied her experience and expertise to improve our tendering and marketing approach company-wide.
With the scope of her role extending into many areas of the business, it soon became apparent that Lyndsey’s aptitude for leadership, business acumen and operational management was an incontestable asset to KpH and, when a vacancy opened for Deconstruction Division Manager in April 2016, there was no one more suited to take on the role.
As our Deconstruction Division Manager, Lyndsey now oversees all aspects of the division; playing a huge part in increasing the company’s turnover and client base; developing the structure of the business; and working closely with the Operations and Site Teams to improve performance and project delivery.
Environmental Division Manager
Since joining the company in 2005 Craig has been an instrumental figure in developing the company’s approach to Environmental Services and improving Health and Safety delivery on site. With the completion of his NEBOSH and IOSH training whilst continuing to perform his day to day duties, Craig filled the role of Health and Safety Manager and quickly put into practice monitoring and management processes to improve site performance.
His background in Project Management for various MOD sites and 10 years spent with the Royal Navy allows his diverse knowledge and experience to be applied to all manner of projects providing pragmatic solutions and methods of work.
Having passed on the Health and Safety baton, Craig now fulfils the role of Environmental Division Manager, overseeing every aspect of the division and driving it forward to expand into new sectors that would benefit from our specialist skillset.
Deconstruction Operations Manager
Andrew currently resides as Operations Manager within our Deconstruction Division. Since joining the company at its inception in 2001 he has successfully progressed to his current position today. Originally supervising our Environmental Teams undertaking Fuel Storage Tank Cleaning and Removal he was instrumental in the expansion into deconstruction and enabling packages.
His wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry allows him to effectively, operationally manage large scale enabling contracts often for important blue chip clients.
Deconstruction Operations Manager
James has worked at KpH since 2012. Originally employed as a site supervisor within our Strip Out and Enabling Division he quickly demonstrated an aptitude for Site/Project Management and was given the opportunity to develop his skill set in this area. The success of this is evident from his current role as Operations Manager.
Working alongside Andrew and under the directorship of Steve he successfully bridges the gap between the Site Team and Senior Management ensuring a seamless flow of communication at all times.
Business Quality and Strategy Manager
Steve has worked for KpH and alongside Kevin since the Company’s inception in 2001. With a sales and marketing background he was able to help grow the company’s standing in the market place and ensure that they remained at the forefront of the tank cleaning and removal industry.
Following the restructure of the business to form KpH Group, Steve has moved into his current role as Business Quality and Strategy Manager working closely with Kevin to ensure all commercial elements of the group are managed effectively and efficiently.
Health and Safety Manager
Marilla joined our busy team in early 2016 as a Health and Safety Coordinator. Marilla had already demonstrated her natural acumen and passion for championing Health and Safety during the 3 years she spent running a licensed Asbestos Removal division, and within a few months of her arrival she had completed her NEBOSH General certification and further study in NEBOSH Construction (amongst her many other qualifications). She has now been confirmed in the role as our new Health and Safety Manager.
As our Health and Safety Manager, Marilla will now be building on our solid Health and Safety infrastructure and reputation for excellence, originally implemented and developed by Craig, to streamline our Health and Safety policies and procedures, increase regular monitoring on site and improve our training systems.
