Kevin Potter
Founding Director
With over 35 years’ experience in the industry much of it gained working in the specialist field of Petro Chemical Storage Vessels and controlled demolition, Kevin sits as founder of KpH Group.
He is the driving force behind the Company’s growth in the market place and dedicated to forging long term working relationships by exceeding expectations at every turn.
Lyndsey West
Managing Director
Lyndsey joined KpH in 2014 as Business Development Manager, leveraging her background in Demolition and Quality Management to enhance our tendering and marketing strategies. Her leadership skills and business acumen quickly became evident, leading to her promotion to Deconstruction Division Manager in April 2016.
In January 2020, Lyndsey was appointed Director of Operations, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s turnover and client base. She played a key role in refining our business structure and project delivery, and has been a trailblazer in sustainability initiatives.
In 2024, Lyndsey was promoted to Managing Director. Her strategic mindset and leadership continue to propel KpH forward. Her ability to listen and lead by example has made her an invaluable asset to our team. We look forward to her continued success in this role.
Craig Taylor
Director
Since joining the company in 2005 Craig has been an instrumental figure in developing the company’s approach to Environmental Services and improving Health and Safety delivery on site. With the completion of his NEBOSH and IOSH training whilst continuing to perform his day to day duties, Craig filled the role of Health and Safety Manager and quickly put into practice monitoring and management processes to improve site performance.
His background in Project Management for various MOD sites and 10 years spent with the Royal Navy allows his diverse knowledge and experience to be applied to all manner of projects providing pragmatic solutions and methods of work.
Having passed on the Health and Safety baton, Craig now fulfils the role of Environmental Division Manager, overseeing every aspect of the division and driving it forward to expand into new sectors that would benefit from our specialist skillset.
Andrew Mackie
Operations Director
Andrew has successfully progressed through the company, from Site Operative to his current position as Operations Director, since its inception in 2001. Originally supervising our Environmental works, he was instrumental in our expansion into deconstruction and enabling packages. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry allows him to effectively manage large scale enabling contracts often for important blue-chip clients.
James Kelly
Operations Director
James has worked at KpH since 2012. Originally employed as a site supervisor within our Strip Out and Enabling Division he quickly demonstrated an aptitude for Site/Project Management and was given the opportunity to develop his skill set in this area. His success has been evident and rewarded through various promotions which now sees him through to his current role of Operations Director.
Steve Peterson
Development and Logistics Director
Steve has been with KpH since 2013, initially joining as a skilled Site Operative in our Strip Out and Enabling Division. His strong aptitude for Site and Project Management led to his promotion to Site Manager after just two years.
In August 2017, Steve advanced to Development and Logistics Manager, where he focused on enhancing operational aspects of the business. He was promoted to Development & Logistics Director in 2024, where he continues to lead development projects and enhance operational efficiency.
Steve Dellaway
Commercial Manager
Steve has worked for KpH and alongside Kevin since 2004. With a sales and marketing background he was able to help grow the company’s standing in the market place and ensure that they remained at the forefront of the tank cleaning and removal industry.
Following the restructure of the business to form KpH Group, Steve has moved into his current role as Commercial Manager working closely with Kevin and Lyndsey to ensure all commercial elements of the group are managed effectively and efficiently.
Jordan Wells
SHEQ Director
Jordan joined our team in March 2022 as Health and Safety Manager. With extensive experience overseeing diverse projects in construction, demolition, basements, earthworks, and remediation, Jordan has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
In 2024, Jordan was promoted to SHEQ Director, a role integral to our continued success. His promotion reflects his exceptional contributions and dedication. In his new position, Jordan will focus on upholding the highest standards of safety, health, environmental, and quality practices across all operations. He will work closely with our Development and Logistics Director, Steve Peterson, to drive innovation, enhance our Health and Safety infrastructure, and improve training systems. Jordan’s role will also emphasise supporting our site teams in maintaining their health and safety on site.
James Wrest
Project Manager
James returned to the KpH family in April 2022 in the role of Project Manager. Prior to his return James had moved to Australia where he pursued roles in construction working as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. James originally joined KpH back in 2015 after graduating from University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying. He quickly demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for surveying and estimating and within 3 years was the most senior estimator within his department. His experience and knowledge to date of the industry hold him a good stead for the role he undertakes, and we are delighted to have him return to us and have the opportunity to work alongside him to further his career and expand his skillset.
