Kevin has overall responsibility within the company for Health and Safety and is IOSH approved “Safety for Executives and Directors” trained.
Craig Taylor
Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Craig is NEBOSH trained and responsible for ensuring that high standards in health and safety, training and welfare are maintained throughout the Environmental Division. His role includes the completion of risk assessments, site audits, incident reports, training and coordination of the Lessons Learned Procedure.
Oliver West
Environmental Health and Safety Advisor
Oliver is IOSH trained and responsible for supporting the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to undertake Health and Safety Audits. Ensuring sites meet all internal and statutory requirements.
Marilla King-Smith
Deconstruction Health and Safety Manager
Marilla is NEBOSH qualified, is a Mental Health First Aider and has been awarded a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training (RQF). She is responsible for ensuring that high standards in health and safety, training and welfare are maintained throughout the Deconstruction Division. Writing Method Statements and carrying out thorough Risk Assessments, Site Audits, Incident Reports, Training and the coordinating the Lessons Learned Procedure.

Deconstruction Supply Chain Operations Manager
Responsible for project portfolio resourcing, which includes the management of our Supply Chain and the workforce training, development and welfare needs.

Lawrence is NEBOSH trained and responsible for supporting the Deconstruction Health and Safety Manager to undertake Health and Safety audits. Ensuring sites meet all internal and statutory requirements.

External Health and Safety Consultant
Bernard Sims Associates are utilised for updating our KpH Group Health and Safety documentation, carrying out annual reviews of our policies and procedures, providing in-house training, and regularly updating KpH Group on changes to Health and Safety legislation.
