Health and Safety Director
Kevin has overall responsibility within the company for Health and Safety and is IOSH approved “Safety for Executives and Directors” trained.
Craig Taylor
Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Craig is NEBOSH trained and responsible for ensuring that high standards in health and safety, training and welfare are maintained throughout the Environmental Division. His role includes the completion of risk assessments, site audits, incident reports, training and coordination of the Lessons Learned Procedure.
Jordan Wells
Deconstruction Health and Safety Manager

Jordan is NEBOSH and IOSH qualified and also holds NVQ Level 5 in Health & Safety. He is responsible for ensuring that high standards in health and safety, training and welfare are maintained throughout the Deconstruction Division. Writing Method Statements and carrying out thorough Risk Assessments, Site Audits, Incident Reports, Training and the coordinating the Lessons Learned Procedure.

Mel Speller
Deconstruction Health and Safety Administrator

Mel is responsible for supporting the Deconstruction Health and Safety Manager to ensure Health and Safety audits are undertaken and sites meet all internal and statutory requirements.

Ebou Njie
Health & Safety Advisor

Ebou currently undertakes the role of Health and Safety Advisor servicing our Deconstruction Division. Ebou joined our business back in 2018 as a site labourer and showed an aptitude towards working safely and improving standards from the outset. KpH have supported Ebou in his career move into Health and Safety and have mentored his progression during his studies for his IOSH and NEBOSH qualification.

Environmental Health and Safety Advisor is responsible for supporting the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to undertake Health and Safety Audits. Ensuring sites meet all internal and statutory requirements.

Lyndsey West
Director of Operations and Mental Health First Aider

Lyndsey is responsible for ensuring that high standards in health and safety, training and welfare are maintained throughout the Deconstruction Division. She also completed an adult MHFA Two Day Course is now a Mental Health First Aider and is available to our office and site staff.

Reece Axisa
Assistant Project Manager and Mental Health First Aider

Reece initially joined KpH as a Skilled Operative and after demonstrating an aptitude for leadership and quality control has worked his way to Assistant Project Manager. He recently completed an adult MHFA Two Day Course is now a Mental Health First Aider and is available on our sites as a main point of contact.

Steve is responsible for ensuring that our ISO 14001:2015 accreditation is maintained and integrated into our businesses processes. Carrying out audits to review our performance and maintain required standards.

Responsible for project portfolio resourcing, which includes the management of our Supply Chain and the workforce training, development and welfare needs.
Bernard Sims Associates
External Health and Safety Consultant
Bernard Sims Associates are utilised for updating our KpH Group Health and Safety documentation, carrying out annual reviews of our policies and procedures, providing in-house training, and regularly updating KpH Group on changes to Health and Safety legislation.
