Contract Award

KpH are delighted to announce their appointment as Principal Contractor for the enabling package of works at 20 Old Bailey.

Working on behalf of Blackstones and with a professional team that includes Alinea Cost Consulting, Gardiner and Theobald and Buckley Grey Yeoman, KpH will commence the first phase of works at the beginning of January whilst the building is still partially occupied including a Public House situated in the north corner of the site. Our Management and Site Team Management are looking forward to getting the project underway and providing an exemplary service to a new client and their team.
