Former M&S Warehouse, Enfield

Contract Completion

Works have now drawn to a conclusion at this Former Marks and Spencer Warehouse in Enfield on behalf of Cushman and Wakefield and Marks and Spencer.

Acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor this 14 week project comprised of the complete strip out back to core of a circa 260,000 sqft warehouse/distribution unit in Brimsdown, Enfield.

The strip out works included, but were not limited to, the removal of all internal equipment within the 3no Chambers of the warehouse including mezzanine floors, racking systems, garment hanging, IT systems and associated lifts and conveyors.

Comprehensive logistics, supervisory and health and safety plans were adhered to at all times to accommodate the volume of operatives across such a vast site. No reportable incidents were recorded and the project has been completed to programme.
